I am pleased to announce I now offer Companion Doula Care for non-medical support of elderly family members. 

Motherhood is beautiful — and overwhelming. Having multiple ways to access help at varying levels of accessibility is important.  

My virtual postpartum doula services are designed to support you emotionally, mentally, and practically as you navigate life as a mother, no matter what stage you are in. 

2025 took me by surprise in both challenging and rewarding ways. I stepped into my Postpartum Doula practice full-time and left the corporate world behind. 

I have created a beautiful, safe space where mothers can come together in community. Hosted on Skool, Wildflowers: Postpartum & Beyond is a place for mothers, both new and experienced, to share their thoughts, feelings, mishaps, and triumphs. 

It is a space to ask questions, offer support, and feel less alone. Once a month, we will also take a deeper dive into topics that affect us as women who happen to be mothers.
